JCPenney Permanent Sale starts Feb. 1 | News
SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Calling all bargain-hunters! You will probably be adding a new store to your favorite shopping places.
That's because starting Wednesday, JCPenney will try a new strategy, slashing prices on everything in the store by 40 percent. The company's CEO says their sales performance has trailed behind other stores like Macy's and Kohl's in recent years.
The Permanent Sale begins Feb. 1 at all JCPenney stores.
